Marty was there from the beginning making sure I understood everything before going forward. I hope I don't have to use an attorney again, but if I do I will use them.

Filing for bankruptcy is not something anyone wants to do but unfortunately a lot of us will end up in tough times financially in our lifetime. I went to several consultations with several bankruptcy attorneys before choosing Long and Long. Marty has over 30 years experience and was very understanding of my situation. His attorney fees are very reasonable and he simplified things as much as possible. Anytime I had a question about the process Marty and his firm were there to answer them. He is very personable and I would highly recommend Marty. I can't say enough good things about Marty and his firm.

Marty's experience with bankruptcies is evident ... even in non-bankruptcy cases. He used his understanding of county versus district court, garnishments and creative means of "hiding" money to obtain a favorable judgement and collect from a difficult party. His calculated approach to every obstacle proves he's been there before and has a process for everything.
